CANCELLED: Blackout Poetry
Ages 13-17
Aspiring artists, poets, and dramatists will find themselves inspired by learning the ins and outs of “Blackout Poetry.” Blackout Poetry is a genre of erasure poetry where artists can sculpt their own meaning and rhythm from another text, whether it be newspapers, magazines, fiction or nonfiction. Find what is hidden, talk back to the texts around you, and forge your own path!
